Today, we had a practice for our cheerdance in SOAB week. The first thing that came to my mind was "Shoot, dancing. Kill me now :O"
Ever since I was young, I was never given a talent on dancing. That's a fact. They say I'm too mahinhin and I can't keep up with the steps. Slow learner, to be precise. So whenever we have a dance competition or practicum - I always get gloomy. I don't want to drag down my group mates. If you know what I mean.
But, I have no choice on this one. They say its not mandatory but it is mandatory. Got it? And here I thought college wouldn't have these ridiculous nonsense events. Then again, I was wrong. :O So much for my false expectations. *Sigh*
I tried my best to dance. Yes, you heard me right. I did dance.
Before we begin, I prayed to GOD for guidance. And he answered it. I love you, LORD! <3
I was able to follow the steps and slowly I can do the moves. HAHA! :)) In your face, danceeee! =)))) I salute my mentor A.K.A Noli - He's such a great dancer. Hands down! :D
Practicing over and over again made me memorized the steps. It was very tiring though. No kidding. I was panting after numerous repeat of the dance. Still, I did my best. Hoooray for me!
So, that ends my post for today.
