Yeah, baby! It really is summer. Goodbye school and hello vacation. :))

I love summer and you probably feel the same way, right?

It's the only season where you can slack off and have your so called quality time!

It is also the time of sleepless nights and just doing whatever you like.

Going to the beach and enjoying the crystal blue waters :))

Summer seems so perfect. That's what I thought.

Until this freakin el nino ruined it!

It is soo soooo sooooo sooooo HOT!
I can't even stand staying in my own room for more than an hour. I'm like "It BURNSSSSS!"

--This is the day that my mom came home. The day I've been waiting for years.

9 years to be clear! I missed her so much.

I actually felt my heart beating so hard because of the nervousness. I mean, who wouldn't?

I haven't seen her for years. I'm afraid I might not even recognize her. I'm thinking how does she look like. Does she look like me? What does her voice sound like?

......etc...etc

My dilemma really gets to me at times. And I hate it when that happens.

We waited for almost 3 hours at the airport. Good thing, terminal 3 isn't as strict when it comes to security compared to Naia terminal 1. As soon as I saw her, the first thing I noticed was her tears. I was dumbstrucked.

She hugged me tightly and whispered "Diane, ang laki-laki mo na."

I was actually holding back my tears. Deep in my heart, I was happy.

Very happy that I couldn't expressed what I feel. :))
